先看一下，是扣款已经入账了；还是只是扣了预授权，占用卡片额度。如果是预授权的话，商户不解除，过一段时间会自动解除的。如果是已经入账的话，退款是直接和德亚的客服联系，确实不需要什么授权码的，因为本来就可以查到订单确实没有成功啊
