先看一下，是扣款已經入賬了；還是只是扣了預授權，佔用卡片額度。如果是預授權的話，商戶不解除，過一段時間會自動解除的。如果是已經入賬的話，退款是直接和德亞的客服聯系，確實不需要什麼授權碼的，因為本來就可以查到訂單確實沒有成功啊
